We can use your digital files to…

  • Illustrate questions to optimize response

At Persuadable Research there is no additional charge to include images, audio or short video files in your survey. If time allows, provide your digital files well in advance of survey launch.  This allows us time to determine if they need significant adjustment.

Our guidelines for file size and type are provided below. These parameters attempt to strike a balance between image/audio quality and web/mobile-friendly file sizes, which will load quickly and easily for potential respondents.

Digital File Requirements


  • Maximum Image Size: 500 x 500 pixels or 6” x 6”.
  • Format: JPEGs preferred, but we can work with other file types
  • The JPG does not need to be square, but must fall within these size parameters.
  • Storyboard Guidelines: 500 KB-1100 KB
  • Resolution: 72 DPI
  • Typical Content: print ads, packaging art


  • Maximum File Size: 2 MB
  • Format: MP3 only
  • Typical Content: Radio spots, jingles, music options
  • Length: Typically 15-30 seconds, up to 60 seconds


  • Maximum File Size: 5 MB
  • Format: MP4 only
  • We can also insert links to your Vimeo or YouTube videos.
  • Typical Content: TV spots
  • Length: Typically 15-30 seconds, up to 60 seconds
