Erika Herrin

Senior Research Project Manager

Erika joined Persuadable Research in 2013. Prior to working in Market Research, Erika spent ten years in Finance at Verizon Business as a Senior Manager planning revenue and expense across several sales channels.

As a Senior Research Director, Erika oversees the entire research process. She skillfully manages each project from survey development and programming to analyzing and organizing data to reporting key findings. Her project scope includes concept tests, package tests, category awareness & usage studies, in-home usage tests, mall intercept studies and tracking studies.

As a Solutions Expert/Analyst, Erika works closely with the project team on survey development and questionnaire design. She is also responsible for ensuring that the results from each project are analyzed and delivered in a timely manner while providing actionable insights.

Erika graduated from The University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business. In 2022, she completed the Writing & Presenting Marketing Research Reports seminar at the Burke-Institute.

She is married to her college sweetheart and lives in Georgia with their three children. When she not working or shuttling kids around town, Erika is an avid runner having completed 1 marathon and 13 half marathons. She also enjoys watching college football, baking with her kids, volunteering at her kid’s school and reading.
