Erika Herrin

President and Chief Operations Officer

Erika joined Persuadable Research in 2013 and currently serves as President and Chief Operations Officer. Throughout her tenure, Erika has worked with countless brands and agencies managing a diverse portfolio of research initiatives, including concept and package testing, category awareness and usage studies, in-home usage tests, mall/street intercepts, habits and practices studies, and brand tracking studies. She oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, sample procurement, project operations, and team development. She is deeply involved in ensuring that every project—from survey design and programming to analysis and reporting—meets Persuadable Research’s high standards for quality and efficiency, while keeping Persuadable Research’s prime directive at the forefront of everything she does: Do the right thing for the research, for the client, and for us. In that order.

Erika graduated from The University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business. In 2022, she completed the Writing & Presenting Marketing Research Reports seminar at the Burke-Institute. In 2024, she completed the Emerging Methods and the Future of Market Research course at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education.

She is married to her college sweetheart and lives in Georgia with their three children. When she is not working or supporting her kids in their many activities, Erika is an avid runner who has completed 1 marathon and 13 half marathons. She also enjoys watching college & NFL football, baking with her kids, volunteering at her kid’s school and reading.
