Susan brought 35+ years of marketing research experience to Persuadable Research in 2023. She is able to perform and consult on all phases of the research process including design, execution, and delivery. Her analysis experience includes both multivariate statistical and cross-tabulation analysis with the goal of telling a story and delivering actionable insights with solid recommendations. She also has extensive experience with sampling, data quality, and online panels.
Susan received her master’s degree in adult education from the University of Georgia. She completed her undergraduate work at Northern Kentucky University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in marketing and a minor in mathematics. She has taught Consumer Insights twice as an adjunct professor at NKU.
Susan is a lifetime Cincinnati resident. In her spare time, she loves cooking, arts/crafts, reading, and yoga. She is active in her community as a member of her township zoning commission. She hopes to one day retire to a houseboat on Lake Cumberland.
